Frequently Asked Questions
Everything people ask before their first order. If your question is not here, email support@foreverstamps.store and we will answer it.
About the stamps
Are these genuine USPS stamps?
Yes. Every item is an authentic United States Postal Service issue, valid for postage. We do not sell reproductions, reprints, novelty stamps or printed facsimiles.
What condition are they in?
Unused, with full original gum and clean perforations. They are handled and packed the way a collector would expect, not thrown loose into an envelope.
What does Forever mean?
A Forever stamp is always worth the current First Class one ounce rate on the day you use it, regardless of what it cost when issued or what you paid. It does not expire and it does not lose value when postage rates rise.
Can I actually mail letters with these?
Yes. They are valid postage. Collectors tend to keep them, but nothing stops you using them.
What is a book, a coil and a pane?
A book is the familiar folded set, usually 20 stamps. A coil is a roll, sold in counts such as 100. A pane is a flat sheet. The product page states exactly which format and quantity you are buying.
Can I design or personalise a stamp?
No. Stampora does not print, customise or personalise stamps, and we do not accept uploaded photographs or artwork. You choose from issues that already exist.
Price and payment
Why do stamps cost more than face value?
Because you are buying from a store rather than a post office counter. The price covers sourcing, verification, protective packaging, delivery and access to issues that are no longer sold at retail. If face value with no premium is what you need, buy directly from the USPS or your local post office.
What does an order actually cost?
Prices start at $27.99 and run to $99.99 depending on the issue, the format and the quantity. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay for that format. Nothing is added later except shipping and any tax shown at checkout.
How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is processed securely and we never see or store your full card details.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Some issues are listed in larger formats, such as coils of 100, which cost less per stamp than a book of 20. Those are shown as formats on the product page rather than as a separate discount.
Delivery
How are the stamps packed?
Flat and protected, so gum and perforations survive the journey. Condition is the reason to buy stamps this way, so packaging is not an afterthought.
How long does delivery take?
Estimates are shown at checkout and on the shipping information page. They are estimates rather than guarantees, and we will tell you if something is delayed.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You receive a confirmation email at checkout and tracking once the order leaves us. You can also check progress on the track order page.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Shipping destinations and costs are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Problems and returns
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Tell us and we will replace or refund it. A damaged arrival is our problem to fix, not yours to absorb. Email support@stampora.us with your order number and a photo if you can.
I received the wrong issue.
Same answer. Contact us and we will correct it at our cost.
Can I cancel or change an order?
If it has not shipped, yes. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once it is in transit, the returns and refunds terms apply.
Can I return stamps I simply changed my mind about?
See the returns and refunds page for the current terms. Unused stamps in original condition are treated differently from opened or handled ones, because condition is the product.
